BSc Business Computing
This interdisciplinary degree blends the broad spectrum of Information Technologies (electronic office, programming, databases and the internet) with fundamental areas of Business (management marketing, accounting economics, law, and management). The graduates will have the understanding and skills required to comprehend business functions and to analyze the information needs of users to develop and implement information systems.
Through a combination of theories and practical experience, you’ll develop the skills to recognize a dynamic mixture of processes that permit information delivery systems to fulfill their roles within an organisation. You’ll also be able to recognize that an organization is is constantly evolving and changing and how the systems for information of that company must adjust to these changes and new demands from users.
In your second year, we’ll help you develop your IT and computing skills through workshops and projects.
